Your free trial is ending. What are your options, what changes, and what happens to your data?
You receive a notification
At the end of the 14 days, you receive an email notification from RecordFlower. You're asked to make a choice: continue with a subscription or stop. Nothing is automatically renewed or charged.
Continue: activate a subscription
Choose to continue, and you activate your subscription through your dashboard. You choose monthly or annual, enter your payment details, and your webshop stays active without interruption. Everything you set up during the trial is retained.
Stop: your data is deleted
Choose not to continue, and your customer data and webshop settings are deleted. Want to keep your order history? Export it beforehand through your dashboard. Your Discogs account and your Stripe account remain untouched, of course. Those are fully your own.
What does this mean for you?
After the trial, the choice is entirely yours. No automatic renewal, no hidden costs. You decide consciously.
