What happens to your data when you cancel your subscription?
When you cancel your RecordFlower subscription, your data is deleted. What exactly is deleted, what is retained, and what do you export beforehand?
What gets deleted
After cancellation and the end of your subscription period, your webshop settings, customer data, order data and RecordFlower account data are deleted. Your isolated database environment is wiped entirely, in accordance with GDPR legislation.
What is retained
Your Discogs account, your Discogs inventory and your Stripe account are fully your own and remain untouched. RecordFlower no longer has access to these after cancellation. The connection with Discogs is revoked automatically.
Export what you want to keep beforehand
Want to keep your order history or customer data? Export it before the end of your subscription period through your dashboard. This is no longer possible after deletion.
What does this mean for you?
Your data is properly deleted after cancellation, in accordance with European privacy legislation. Export what you want to keep before you cancel.
