When and how you receive payouts through your webshop

After a sale through your RecordFlower webshop, you want to know when the money lands in your account. The payout process is simple and fully automated through Stripe.

The payout trigger: shipping confirmation

Payment for an order is released as soon as you mark the order as 'shipped' in your dashboard and enter the track & trace information. That is the signal for Stripe to process the payout.

Payout according to your Stripe payout schedule

After your shipping confirmation, Stripe releases the amount and pays it out according to your Stripe account's payout schedule. You don't need to submit manual payout requests; the process runs automatically through your Stripe connection.

Insight through your Stripe dashboard

Through your own Stripe dashboard, you have insight into your transactions, pending payouts and payment history at any time. RecordFlower also shows an overview of your orders and sales statistics in your own management environment.
