How do you cancel your RecordFlower subscription?

Cancelling at RecordFlower is simple and hassle-free. There's no notice period, no penalty, and no mandatory phone call. Here is how it works.

Cancelling through your dashboard

You cancel your subscription through your RecordFlower dashboard. Go to 'Subscription' and choose 'Cancel subscription'. You receive a confirmation by email. Your webshop remains active until the end of the current subscription period.

No penalties, no notice periods

RecordFlower applies no notice periods or penalties for early cancellation. With a monthly subscription, billing stops after the current month. With an annual subscription, no refund is given for the remaining months. You do remain active until the end of the paid period.

Export your data beforehand

After cancellation, your webshop settings and customer data are deleted. Want to keep your order history? Export it beforehand through your dashboard. Your Discogs account and your Stripe account are fully your own and remain untouched after cancellation.
