How do you process an order through your RecordFlower webshop?

A buyer has placed an order in your webshop. What happens next, and what's expected of you? The process is straightforward and runs entirely from your dashboard.

You receive a notification immediately

As soon as a buyer orders, you receive an email. The order also appears in your dashboard right away, with all the details: name, address, the item ordered, and the amount paid.

You handle the shipping

You pack the item and ship it with your own carrier. You choose the carrier and packaging yourself. Mark the order as shipped in your dashboard and enter the track & trace details, and the buyer automatically receives a shipping confirmation by email.

Payout after shipping confirmation
