RecordFlower synchronizes your inventory every night at midnight, entirely in the background. Don't want to wait? Start a manual synchronization from your dashboard. Both count as one synchronization within your monthly limit of 30 synchronizations (Pro / Growth: unlimited).
Sales are processed almost instantly
Sell a record on Discogs, and RecordFlower checks your sales every minute and marks the item sold out in your webshop right away. This prevents double sales, without you having to do anything.
What happens at every synchronization
Every synchronization compares your Discogs inventory with your webshop. New items are added, changed prices and conditions are updated, removed items are taken down, and sold items are marked sold out, on both channels.
